To explore self-awareness about your stress origins.

To gain understanding of your stress reactions in terms of emotional, mental, physical and behavioural effects and how they impact personally.

To explore your personality, life style, resources, needs and expectations.

To look at what resources and strategies you use now - what works and what does not work.

To find new strategies and resources.

You will be encouraged to keep a diary of self-awareness to discover these factors and to help you understand yourself better.  To discover what aspects of your life need to change as well as the positive influences that create a healthy balance.

You are not obliged to attend a specific number of sessions, however a minimum of four sessions would cover the points above.

Fees £25 per session
